Kat and Evan | Engagement Session | Seattle, WA

I miss this, I miss engagement sessions, I miss going out and finding fun places with amazing people. I miss being social and ready for this to all be over, but life is going to change. Life is changed, so reminiscing about it is where we are going to have to be.

The first email i received from Kat was so kind. She had seen my photography because of an elopement session I had done for Annalee (You can find that here: )

Kat and Evan are planning their fall wedding and reached out in search of a photographer. We met one evening at my favorite place, Starbucks in Redmond and instantly connected. We laughed and smiled and learned about eachother which made me very excited for our journey together.

Evan and Kat met in college and fell in love, they are truly the CUTEST! The wedding is going to be near the Ferry terminal so we chose to do their engagement sessions in the afternoon near the water. The sunset was beautiful and of course, so was their love.

Sunset shoots are actually really difficult because making sure your clients faces are lit up, but they aren’t blinded isn’t easy! But this amazing couple was willing to push through it. The blue and golden hours at the Edmonds Ferry Terminal showed off for us.
