Again, this introduction dates all the way back to Carla Marie’s podcast, but if you’ve read this blog, at least once you’ve heard the story. Check out this blog for that story (HERE!). But that’s just the ROOT. There’s more to the way I met Kelly. Meeting Kelly was an incredible gift provided by Andrew Coleman Smith. Andrew being the amazing person he is was working on this really cool YouTube project with Kelly Hansen at King Five (a local Seattle news station). This project is Local Lens! (Click to check the channel out!!).
Local Lens showcases everything Seattle and the Pacific Northwest. Anything from Seattle Eats, to Eastern Washington stays. As well as crazy animal adventures to COVID-19 at-home workouts and so much more! If you want a good giggle, go check out Local Lens and even go back to the beginning, if you’re in Washington you’ll find something you love and enjoy about it.
Anyways, continuing on with this meeting story. After meeting Andrew and he introduced me to his beautiful friend and YouTube partner, Kelly!
Kelly and I instantly clicked on so many levels as I do with so many of these incredible people I get to meet. Kelly and I talked about YouTube, art, men, and so much more. We roamed around Belltown in Seattle, as well as downtown.
Since meeting lots has happened. Including but not limited too;
Andrew left King Five, and Kelly took Local Lens and made it her own! Not only did she blossom but she has also recently won an EMMY! AND! has become King Fives morning traffic gal substitute. I think that’s super rad.
During these last two-ish years Kelly and I have grown close and have done plenty of photoshoots that are always stunning, and regardless a BLAST! Kelly has become a precious person in my life and will forever have a special place in my heart. Thank you kelly for motivating me, and continuing to be a beautiful source of creativity and muse in my life.
